Job Summary

Supporting the billing systems setup team, the full-time Revenue Specialist III will manage revenue cycle duties, including researching insurance setup, resolving complex payer contract requirements, and responding to internal inquiries, with a hybrid work arrangement available.

Key responsibilities

• Research and input system architecture changes for insurance setup to support billing
• Communicate with insurance payers to ensure accurate reimbursement for services rendered
• Collaborate with revenue operations teams to identify process improvements and maintain system setup attributes

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 2 years of healthcare experience in Revenue Operations or with various health care insurance payers
• Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook
• Ability to adapt quickly and manage stress in a fast-paced environment
• Strong relationship-building skills to work effectively with teams and departments
