• Lead and mentor a lean team of analysts supporting sales leadership
• Prepare and present data analysis for various audiences, translating data sets into impactful insights

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of people management experience
• 5+ years of experience in an analytics role with strategy or operations experience preferred
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases
• Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills, including proficiency with pivot tables and VLOOKUP
