Job Summary
Supporting the Revenue team remotely, the full-time Revenue Support Specialist will provide administrative assistance, resolve operational requests, and enhance productivity by ensuring sales representatives have the necessary resources to serve agency partners effectively.
Key responsibilities
- Research and coordinate responses to internal agency-related inquiries and operational requests
- Maintain visibility into open issues, ensuring timely resolution and assisting with onboarding new Revenue team members
- Identify opportunities for workflow streamlining and support Revenue Operations initiatives and special projects
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in insurance, sales support, or related fields
- Strong understanding of insurance operations and agency relationships
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in driving issues to resolution
