Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Systems Enablement Specialist who ensures effective use of internal software systems to enhance productivity and business alignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between end users and the Systems team to ensure effective use of internal software tools
• Develop and deliver training and documentation for new and existing features while monitoring system usage
• Collaborate with department leaders to align system functionality with business goals and manage change communication

Required Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in revenue operations, business systems, or CRM/ERP enablement
• Strong understanding of Salesforce and ERP platforms (NetSuite or similar)
• Experience with AI Agent platforms
• Experience developing and delivering training or documentation for system users
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to assess adoption using metrics
