Revenue Systems Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Systems Manager to oversee the technical infrastructure that supports its revenue operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve the CRM data model and establish data governance standards
• Evaluate and implement AI tools to enhance sales productivity and automate workflows
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports for pipeline health and GTM performance analysis

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or a GTM Systems role at a B2B SaaS company
• Strong technical skills, including SQL proficiency and CRM administration experience (HubSpot preferred)
• Experience in data architecture and integration across multiple systems
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret conversion metrics and make data-driven decisions
• Familiarity with AI/automation tools and data enrichment vendors is a plus
