Revenue Systems Manager

Job Summary

Supporting the strategy and delivery of revenue management technologies, the full-time Revenue Systems Enablement Manager will manage system implementations, drive user adoption through training, and monitor performance metrics while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead implementation and rollout activities for new systems and features, coordinating with internal teams and external partners
• Drive adoption through the development and delivery of training materials and sessions for users
• Track performance and system health metrics to evaluate effectiveness and support continuous improvement

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of relevant work experience in Revenue Management and Hospitality
• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, hospitality management, computer science, or a related field
• Comprehensive knowledge of pricing and Revenue Management systems and practices
• Proficiency in SQL and Tableau, as well as high proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• CRME certification is preferred
