Job Summary
Owning and evolving the CRM and revenue tech stack, the full-time Revenue Technology Analyst will manage CRM performance, HubSpot platform administration, and operational analytics to enhance sales and customer experience teams in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee CRM architecture, data quality, and governance to ensure accurate insights across sales and customer experience teams
- Redesign CRM dashboards and workflows to provide relevant information at each stage of the sales and service process
- Administer the HubSpot platform, including lead routing and email campaign management, while customizing objects for Marketing, Sales, and Service hubs
Required qualifications
- Up to 4 years of experience in revenue operations, CRM administration, or a related GTM systems role
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot across Marketing, Sales, and Service hubs
- Strong operational analytics skills to measure and act on workload and efficiency data
- Experience improving CRM usability and data quality through redesigned workflows
- Bachelor's degree required
