Job Summary

Owning and evolving the CRM and revenue tech stack, the full-time Revenue Technology Analyst will manage CRM performance, HubSpot platform administration, and operational analytics to enhance sales and customer experience teams in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities
  • Oversee CRM architecture, data quality, and governance to ensure accurate insights across sales and customer experience teams
  • Redesign CRM dashboards and workflows to provide relevant information at each stage of the sales and service process
  • Administer the HubSpot platform, including lead routing and email campaign management, while customizing objects for Marketing, Sales, and Service hubs
Required qualifications
  • Up to 4 years of experience in revenue operations, CRM administration, or a related GTM systems role
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot across Marketing, Sales, and Service hubs
  • Strong operational analytics skills to measure and act on workload and efficiency data
  • Experience improving CRM usability and data quality through redesigned workflows
  • Bachelor's degree required
