Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Revenue Technology Manager will partner with sales teams to enhance technology adoption, design workflows, and drive measurable revenue impact through effective use of the revenue technology ecosystem.

Key responsibilities
  • Represent the revenue end user perspective in Business Systems and Operations throughout the lead-to-revenue workflow
  • Train and enable end users across the revenue team to optimize platform usage, improving productivity
  • Develop and document user workflows aligned with the sales methodology and process
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, technology, or related fields OR equivalent experience
  • 6+ years of experience in Business Systems, sales enablement, or sales operations, preferably in a SaaS model or B2G environment
  • Demonstrated experience in implementing tech stack workflows and driving technology adoption that enhances revenue growth
  • Technical platform certifications (e.g., Salesforce trailhead)
  • Experience with sales technology tools such as Salesloft, Clari, Gong, and Highspot
