Revenue Workflow Analyst

Job Summary

To support the growth of GTM teams, the full-time remote Revenue Workflow Analyst will manage day-to-day revenue workflows, build automations, and create AI-assisted processes to improve data accuracy and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Support and enhance revenue workflows across Salesforce and related GTM systems
• Build lightweight automations and structured templates to reduce manual work
• Analyze revenue data to identify trends, gaps, and process issues while collaborating with cross-functional teams

Required qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in operations, data analysis, or related fields
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with spreadsheets and structured data
• A self-starter with an engineering mindset capable of tackling vague problems
• High attention to detail, with the ability to identify messy data and broken processes
• Interest in AI-assisted workflows, automation, and modern GTM systems
