Job Summary

A company is looking for a Reverse Loan Processor.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze borrower's credit, employment, income, and assets before submitting to underwriting
• Assemble complete loan packages and verify all required documentation
• Communicate with customers and various companies to obtain necessary documentation for loan processing

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years' residential mortgage processing experience
• Experience with Encompass
• Working knowledge of RESPA regulations and general mortgage lending regulations
• Knowledge of DU, LP, Microsoft Office, and Windows
