A company is looking for a Reverse Mortgage Closer.

Key Responsibilities

• Close and fund Reverse Mortgage loans, ensuring compliance with documentation and regulations
• Prepare and review daily reports, monitoring workflow and turn times
• Interface with warehouse and post-closing teams to ensure quality of funding packages

Qualifications and Experience

• At least 3+ years of closing and funding experience with Reverse Mortgages
• Preferred experience in Wholesale, PA, and Correspondent roles
• Familiarity with interpreting insurance policies, title reports, and settlement statements
• Strong knowledge of the mortgage banking industry and relevant regulations
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
