Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Closer - Reverse.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare loan closing documents within Reverse Vision and Quantum systems
• Audit final executed closing documents for accuracy and compliance with guidelines
• Calculate and request wire transfers from warehouse line to settlement agents

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:

• Minimum 2 years in reverse mortgage loan closing and funding
• Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
• Excellent computer skills with the ability to learn new systems
• Knowledge of MS Office products
• Highly motivated and determined to succeed in a competitive, time-sensitive industry
