Job Summary
Joining a dynamic team, the full-time Reverse Mortgage Inside Sales Loan Officer will engage with clients remotely, providing tailored financial solutions while building rapport and closing deals in a supportive environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Listen to and analyze clients' financial situations to recommend appropriate reverse mortgage solutions
- Build rapport with potential clients through effective communication and persuasive skills
- Manage a high volume of phone calls while maintaining a strong sense of urgency and initiative
Required qualifications:
- Valid SAFE and State license or certification strongly preferred
- Sales experience preferred
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- College degree preferred, but not mandatory
- Energetic and outgoing personality with a passion for closing deals
