Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Reverse Mortgage Inside Sales Loan Officer will engage with clients remotely, providing tailored financial solutions while building rapport and closing deals in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Listen to and analyze clients' financial situations to recommend appropriate reverse mortgage solutions
  • Build rapport with potential clients through effective communication and persuasive skills
  • Manage a high volume of calls and follow up with leads to close sales effectively
Required qualifications
  • Valid SAFE and State license or certification strongly preferred
  • Sales experience preferred
  • College degree preferred, but not mandatory
  • Basic computer and data entry skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
