Job Summary

Engaging with clients remotely, the full-time Reverse Mortgage Inside Sales Loan Officer will build rapport, analyze financial situations, and provide tailored financial solutions to assist retirees in navigating their retirement planning.

Key responsibilities
  • Listen to and understand clients' financial needs to recommend appropriate reverse mortgage solutions
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients through effective communication and persuasive skills
  • Manage a high volume of phone calls and follow up with leads to close deals and negotiate terms
Required qualifications
  • Valid SAFE and State license or certification strongly preferred
  • Sales experience preferred
  • College degree preferred, but not mandatory
  • Basic computer and data entry skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
