Job Summary
Engaging with clients remotely, the full-time Reverse Mortgage Inside Sales Loan Officer will build rapport, analyze financial situations, and provide tailored financial solutions to assist retirees in navigating their retirement planning.
Key responsibilities
- Listen to and understand clients' financial needs to recommend appropriate reverse mortgage solutions
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients through effective communication and persuasive skills
- Manage a high volume of phone calls and follow up with leads to close deals and negotiate terms
Required qualifications
- Valid SAFE and State license or certification strongly preferred
- Sales experience preferred
- College degree preferred, but not mandatory
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
