Reverse Mortgage Loan Officer

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Reverse Mortgage Inside Sales Loan Officer will engage with clients to understand their financial needs, provide tailored solutions, and facilitate the loan process while benefiting from extensive training and a strong lead generation system.

Key responsibilities

• Build rapport with potential clients and analyze their financial situations to recommend appropriate reverse mortgage solutions
• Manage a high volume of inbound calls and follow up on leads to close deals effectively
• Participate in ongoing sales training and coaching to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge

Required qualifications

• Valid SAFE and State license or certification preferred
• Sales experience is preferred
• Ambitious and motivated professional with a strong desire for advancement
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• College degree preferred, but not mandatory
