Job Summary

Managing a full pipeline of mortgage loan files, the full-time Remote Reverse Mortgage Loan Processor will evaluate loan files for compliance, review and input loan data into operational systems, and communicate file status to retail sales channels and management.

Key responsibilities:

• Effectively manage and process a full pipeline of mortgage loan files
• Evaluate loan files for regulatory compliance and completeness
• Communicate pipeline and file status to retail sales channels and management

Required qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years in reverse mortgage loan processing required
• Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
• Excellent computer skills with the ability to learn new systems
• Knowledge of MS Office products
• Strong customer service and time management skills
