Job Summary

Experienced in reverse mortgage processing, the full-time Remote Reverse Mortgage Loan Processor will manage a full pipeline of mortgage loan files, evaluate compliance, and communicate with sales channels to ensure efficient workflows.

Key responsibilities:

• Effectively manage and process a full pipeline of mortgage loan files
• Evaluate loan files for regulatory compliance and completeness
• Communicate pipeline and file status to retail sales channels and management

Required qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in reverse mortgage loan processing
• Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
• Excellent computer skills with the ability to learn new systems
• Knowledge of MS Office products
• Strong customer service and time management skills
