Job Summary

Managing a full pipeline of reverse mortgage loan files, the full-time Remote Reverse Mortgage Loan Processor will evaluate loan compliance, review and input data into operational systems, and communicate with sales channels and management.

Key responsibilities

• Effectively manage and process a full pipeline of mortgage loan files
• Evaluate loan files for regulatory compliance and completeness
• Communicate pipeline and file status to retail sales channels and management

Required qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in reverse mortgage loan processing required
• Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
• Excellent computer skills with the ability to learn new systems
• Knowledge of MS Office products
• Strong customer service and time management skills
