Experienced in reverse mortgage processing, the full-time Remote Reverse Mortgage Loan Processor will manage a pipeline of mortgage loan files, ensuring regulatory compliance and effective communication with sales channels and management.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and process a full pipeline of mortgage loan files efficiently
• Evaluate loan files for compliance and completeness while communicating status updates
• Order vendor products and obtain required underwriting conditions from loan officers or applicants

Required qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in reverse mortgage loan processing
• Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
• Proficient in MS Office and capable of learning new systems quickly
• Strong customer service and time management skills
• Highly motivated with a determination to succeed in a competitive environment
