Launching a career in the reverse mortgage industry, the full-time Reverse Mortgage Originator Development Program will provide comprehensive training and support to help new Loan Officers grow their business remotely while working with retirees to enhance their retirement income sustainability.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with retirees to assess their financial needs and provide tailored reverse mortgage solutions
• Participate in a 12-month development program focused on industry-leading training and sales techniques
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to maximize business growth and client satisfaction

Required qualifications

• Experience as a traditional mortgage loan originator is preferred
• Strong interest in the reverse mortgage industry and commitment to client service
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Willingness to engage in ongoing training and professional development
• Reside in or near the Fort Wayne, IN area
