Job Summary

Launching a career in the reverse mortgage industry, the full-time Reverse Mortgage Originator will participate in a 12-month development program focused on working with retirees to enhance their retirement income, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with clients to assess their financial needs and provide tailored reverse mortgage solutions
• Participate in comprehensive training sessions led by industry experts to develop sales and marketing skills
• Utilize company resources and support to grow a personal client portfolio and achieve sales targets

Required qualifications

• Previous experience as a traditional mortgage loan originator is preferred
• Willingness to learn and adapt to the reverse mortgage industry
• Strong understanding of retirement income strategies
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
