Launching a career in the reverse mortgage industry, the full-time Remote Reverse Mortgage Originator will participate in a 12-month development program focused on assisting retirees in enhancing their retirement income sustainability through strategic mortgage solutions.

Key responsibilities:

• Engage with retirees to provide tailored reverse mortgage solutions that improve their financial stability
• Participate in comprehensive training led by top sales leaders to develop industry-specific knowledge and skills
• Utilize a revolutionary sales process to effectively collaborate with both consumers and professionals in the mortgage market

Required qualifications:

• Previous experience as a traditional mortgage loan originator is preferred
• Ability to work remotely, with a focus on the St. Cloud, MN area
• Willingness to participate in a structured training program for professional development
• Strong interest in the reverse mortgage sector and helping retirees
