Launching a career in the reverse mortgage industry, the full-time Remote Reverse Mortgage Originator will participate in a 12-month development program focused on working with retirees to enhance their retirement income sustainability.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with retirees to assess their financial needs and provide tailored reverse mortgage solutions
• Participate in industry-leading training sessions led by top sales leaders to develop sales skills and product knowledge
• Utilize comprehensive sales, marketing, and operations support to grow and manage a client portfolio

Required qualifications

• Experience as a traditional mortgage loan originator is preferred
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced sales environment
• Strong interest in the reverse mortgage industry and financial services
• Ability to work remotely while effectively managing time and client interactions
• Commitment to completing the 12-month development program successfully
