Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Previous experience in traditional mortgage loan origination is preferred
• Willingness to learn and adapt to the reverse mortgage industry
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong interest in sales and customer service
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in finance or related fields is a plus
