Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Prior experience in traditional mortgage loan origination is encouraged
• Strong willingness to learn and adapt to the reverse mortgage market
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic understanding of financial products and services
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in finance or related field is a plus
