Job Summary

Launching a career in the reverse mortgage industry, the full-time Reverse Mortgage Originator will participate in a 12-month development program focused on working with retirees to enhance their retirement income, while working remotely in the Nashville, TN area.

Key responsibilities:

• Engage with retirees to assess their financial needs and provide tailored reverse mortgage solutions
• Participate in comprehensive training from industry-leading sales professionals to develop expertise in reverse mortgage products
• Utilize marketing and operational support to grow a personal client portfolio and achieve sales targets

Required qualifications:

• Previous experience as a traditional mortgage loan originator is preferred
• Strong interest in the reverse mortgage sector and commitment to client service
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Willingness to participate in a structured training program over 12 months
• Familiarity with sales processes and customer relationship management tools is a plus
