Key responsibilities

• Engage with retirees to assess and improve their retirement income strategies
• Participate in a 12-month development program focused on industry-leading training and sales techniques
• Utilize sales, marketing, and operational support to grow business and client base

Required qualifications

• Experience as a traditional mortgage loan originator is preferred
• Ability to work remotely, specifically in the Miami, FL area
• Desire to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving industry
• Strong interest in helping retirees with financial planning
• Commitment to completing the full 12-month development program
