• Participate in a structured 12-month training program led by industry experts to develop sales skills and knowledge
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to enhance client outreach and service delivery

Required qualifications:

• Previous experience as a traditional mortgage loan originator is preferred

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing client relationships
