• Experience as a traditional mortgage loan originator is preferred
• Willingness to work in a remote capacity within the Miami, FL area
• Commitment to a full-time schedule during the 12-month development program
• Strong interest in the reverse mortgage industry and retirement planning
• Ability to adapt to a commission-based compensation structure during training
