Job Summary

Launching a career in the reverse mortgage industry, the full-time Reverse Mortgage Originator will participate in a 12-month development program focused on working with retirees to enhance their retirement income, all while receiving industry-leading training and support in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities:

• Engage with retirees to assess and improve their retirement income strategies
• Participate in comprehensive training provided by top sales leaders in the industry
• Utilize a revolutionary sales process to collaborate with both consumers and professionals

Required qualifications:

• Previous experience as a traditional mortgage loan originator is preferred
• Ability to work remotely, particularly in the Baltimore/DC, MD area
• Willingness to participate in a structured 12-month development program
• Strong interest in the reverse mortgage industry and assisting retirees
• Commitment to achieving sales targets and growing a business
