Launching a career in the reverse mortgage industry, the full-time Reverse Mortgage Originator will participate in a 12-month development program focused on working with retirees to enhance their retirement income, while receiving comprehensive training and support in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Engage with retirees to assess and improve their retirement income strategies
• Participate in extensive training provided by industry-leading sales professionals
• Utilize marketing and operational support to grow a personal client portfolio

Required qualifications:

• Previous experience as a traditional mortgage loan originator is preferred
• Willingness to learn and adapt to the reverse mortgage industry
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Strong interest in assisting retirees with financial planning
• Commitment to completing the 12-month development program
