Key responsibilities:

• Participate in a 12-month development program focused on reverse mortgage processes and client interactions
• Utilize industry-leading training to build a client portfolio and drive business growth
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to implement innovative sales strategies

Required qualifications:

• Previous experience as a traditional mortgage loan originator is preferred
• Strong interest in the reverse mortgage industry and working with retirees
• Ability to work remotely and manage client relationships effectively
• Commitment to completing the full 12-month development program
