Launching a career in the reverse mortgage industry, the full-time Reverse Mortgage Originator will participate in a 12-month development program focused on working with retirees to enhance their retirement income sustainability while receiving industry-leading training and support, with a remote work option available in the Orlando, FL area.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with retirees to assess and improve their retirement income strategies
• Participate in comprehensive training programs led by top sales leaders in the industry
• Develop and grow a client portfolio through innovative sales processes and marketing support

Required qualifications

• Experience as a traditional mortgage loan originator is preferred
• Willingness to learn and adapt to the reverse mortgage industry
• Strong interest in helping retirees achieve financial stability
• Ability to work remotely while collaborating with a team
• Commitment to completing the 12-month development program
