Job Summary

Launching a career in the reverse mortgage industry, the full-time Reverse Mortgage Originator will participate in a 12-month development program focused on working with retirees to enhance their retirement income sustainability while receiving industry-leading training and support remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with retirees to assess their financial needs and provide tailored reverse mortgage solutions
• Participate in extensive training and development to build skills in sales and client management
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to implement innovative strategies for client acquisition

Required qualifications

• Experience as a traditional mortgage loan originator is preferred
• Strong interest in the reverse mortgage industry and commitment to client service
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales processes and techniques
• Residency in or near the Riverside (Inland Empire), CA area
