Job Summary

Launching a career in the reverse mortgage industry, the full-time Remote Reverse Mortgage Originator Development Program participant will receive comprehensive training and support while working with retirees to enhance their retirement income sustainability.

Key responsibilities:

• Engage with retirees to assess and improve their retirement income strategies
• Participate in a 12-month development program focused on building skills in reverse mortgage origination
• Collaborate with sales leaders and receive ongoing support to grow business and client base

Required qualifications:

• Experience as a traditional mortgage loan originator is preferred
• Ability to work remotely, specifically in the Austin, TX area
• Willingness to participate in extensive training and development
• Strong interest in the reverse mortgage industry and helping retirees
• Commitment to achieving sales goals and building client relationships
