Job Summary

Launching a career in the reverse mortgage industry, the full-time Remote Reverse Mortgage Originator will participate in a 12-month development program, focusing on working with retirees to enhance their retirement income sustainability while receiving comprehensive training and support.

Key responsibilities:

• Engage with retirees to assess their financial needs and provide suitable reverse mortgage solutions
• Participate in industry-leading training sessions to develop sales skills and product knowledge
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to implement innovative strategies for client acquisition

Required qualifications:

• Previous experience as a traditional mortgage loan originator is preferred
• Ability to work remotely while effectively managing client relationships
• Willingness to participate in a comprehensive 12-month training program
• Strong interest in the reverse mortgage industry and commitment to helping retirees
• Reside in or near the San Jose, CA area
