Job Summary

Launching a career in the reverse mortgage industry, the full-time Remote Reverse Mortgage Originator will participate in a 12-month development program focused on supporting retirees in improving their retirement income sustainability.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with retirees to assess their financial needs and provide tailored reverse mortgage solutions
• Participate in comprehensive training and mentorship from industry-leading sales professionals
• Develop and grow a client portfolio while leveraging company resources and support

Required qualifications

• Previous experience as a traditional mortgage loan originator is preferred
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Strong interest in financial services and retirement planning
• Commitment to completing the 12-month development program
• Residency in or near the Madison, WI area is preferred
