Job Summary

To launch a career in the reverse mortgage industry, the full-time Reverse Mortgage Originator will participate in a 12-month development program focused on working with retirees to enhance their retirement income, all while working remotely in the Pittsburgh, PA area.

Key responsibilities:

• Engage with retirees to assess and improve their retirement income sustainability
• Participate in comprehensive training provided by industry-leading sales professionals
• Utilize a revolutionary sales process to collaborate with both consumers and professionals

Required qualifications:

• Previous experience as a traditional mortgage loan originator is preferred
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Commitment to completing the full 12-month development program
• Strong interest in the reverse mortgage industry and helping retirees
• Willingness to learn and adapt to innovative sales strategies
