Launching a career in the reverse mortgage industry, the full-time Reverse Mortgage Originator Development Program will provide comprehensive training and support to help individuals work with retirees to enhance their retirement income sustainability, all while operating remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Engage with clients to assess their financial needs and provide tailored reverse mortgage solutions
• Participate in a 12-month development program that includes industry-leading training and mentorship
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote reverse mortgage products effectively

Required qualifications:

• Previous experience as a traditional mortgage loan originator is preferred
• Strong understanding of reverse mortgage products and their benefits
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development
• Located in or near the Ann Arbor, MI area
