Job Summary

Launching a career in the reverse mortgage industry, the full-time Reverse Mortgage Originator will participate in a 12-month development program focused on supporting retirees in enhancing their retirement income, while working remotely in the Myrtle Beach, SC area.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored reverse mortgage solutions
• Participate in comprehensive training sessions led by top sales leaders to develop industry knowledge and sales skills
• Utilize company resources and support to grow and manage a portfolio of clients effectively

Required qualifications

• Prior experience as a traditional mortgage loan originator is preferred
• Strong interest in the reverse mortgage industry and commitment to client service
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development
• Familiarity with sales processes and client engagement strategies
