Job Summary

Launching a career in the reverse mortgage industry, the full-time Reverse Mortgage Originator will participate in a 12-month development program focused on supporting retirees to enhance their retirement income, all while working remotely in the Minneapolis, MN area.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with clients to assess their financial needs and provide tailored reverse mortgage solutions
• Participate in comprehensive training from industry leaders to develop sales and operational skills
• Utilize marketing and operational support to build and grow a successful mortgage origination business

Required qualifications

• Previous experience as a traditional mortgage loan originator is preferred
• Strong interest in the reverse mortgage industry and financial services
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Willingness to engage in ongoing training and professional development
• Must reside in or near the Minneapolis, MN area
