Launching a career in the reverse mortgage industry, the full-time Reverse Mortgage Originator will participate in a 12-month development program focused on working with retirees to enhance their retirement income while receiving comprehensive training and support in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities:

• Engage with retirees to assess and improve their retirement income strategies
• Participate in industry-leading training sessions to develop sales and operational skills
• Utilize a revolutionary sales process to collaborate effectively with both consumers and professionals

Required qualifications:

• Experience as a traditional mortgage loan originator is preferred
• Willingness to learn and adapt to the reverse mortgage industry
• Strong interest in helping retirees improve their financial sustainability
• Ability to work remotely while maintaining productivity
• Commitment to completing the 12-month development program
