Job Summary

Launching a career in the reverse mortgage industry, the full-time Reverse Mortgage Originator Development Program will provide remote training and support for working with retirees to enhance their retirement income over a 12-month period.

Key responsibilities:

• Engage with retirees to assess and improve their retirement income strategies
• Participate in industry-leading training and development sessions with top sales leaders
• Utilize a revolutionary sales process to connect with both consumers and professionals

Required qualifications:

• Previous experience as a traditional mortgage loan originator is preferred
• Strong interest in the reverse mortgage industry and commitment to client service
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Willingness to engage in ongoing training and professional development
• Must reside in or near the Dayton, OH area
