Job Summary

Launching a career in the reverse mortgage industry, the full-time Reverse Mortgage Originator will participate in a 12-month development program focused on working with retirees to enhance their retirement income, all while working remotely in the Hartford, CT area.

Key responsibilities:

• Engage with retirees to assess and improve their retirement income strategies
• Participate in comprehensive training provided by top sales leaders in the industry
• Utilize company resources and support to grow a personal client portfolio

Required qualifications:

• Previous experience as a traditional mortgage loan originator is preferred
• Willingness to engage in a structured 12-month training program
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Strong interest in the reverse mortgage industry and helping retirees
• Desire to achieve sales goals and earn commission-based income
