Job Summary

Launching a career in the reverse mortgage industry, the full-time Reverse Mortgage Originator will participate in a 12-month development program focused on working with retirees to enhance their retirement income sustainability while receiving comprehensive training and support remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Engage with clients to assess their financial needs and provide tailored reverse mortgage solutions
• Participate in extensive training and development to build expertise in reverse mortgage products and sales techniques
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to implement innovative strategies for client acquisition and retention

Required qualifications:

• Previous experience as a traditional mortgage loan originator preferred
• Strong interest in the reverse mortgage industry and helping retirees
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Willingness to commit to a structured 12-month training program
• Valid state mortgage loan originator license or the ability to obtain one
