Job Summary

Launching a career in the reverse mortgage industry, the full-time Reverse Mortgage Originator will participate in a 12-month development program focused on working with retirees to enhance their retirement income sustainability, all while working remotely from the Indianapolis, IN area.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored reverse mortgage solutions
• Participate in extensive training and mentorship from industry-leading sales professionals
• Develop and grow a client portfolio to achieve sales targets and maximize earnings potential

Required qualifications

• Prior experience as a traditional mortgage loan originator is preferred
• Strong interest in the reverse mortgage sector and retirement planning
• Ability to work independently and manage a remote client base effectively
• Commitment to completing the 12-month development program
• Willingness to learn and adapt to a revolutionary sales process
