Job Summary

Launching a career in the reverse mortgage industry, the full-time Reverse Mortgage Originator will participate in a 12-month development program focused on working with retirees to enhance their retirement income, all while working remotely in the Erie, PA area.

Key responsibilities:

• Engage with retirees to assess and improve their retirement income strategies
• Participate in extensive training provided by top sales leaders in the industry
• Utilize a revolutionary sales process to connect with both consumers and professionals

Required qualifications:

• Experience as a traditional mortgage loan originator is preferred
• Strong interest in the reverse mortgage industry and retirement planning
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Commitment to completing a 12-month development program
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales processes and strategies
