Launching a career in the reverse mortgage industry, the full-time Remote Reverse Mortgage Originator Development Program will provide comprehensive training and support while focusing on helping retirees improve their retirement income sustainability.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in a 12-month development program to gain expertise in reverse mortgage products and processes
• Work with clients to assess their financial needs and provide tailored mortgage solutions
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to enhance outreach and client engagement strategies

Required qualifications

• Previous experience as a traditional mortgage loan originator is preferred
• Strong willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and remotely while managing client relationships
• Familiarity with financial products and retirement planning is a plus
• Must reside in the Rochester, MN area for remote work opportunities
