Launching a career in the reverse mortgage industry, the full-time Reverse Mortgage Originator will participate in a 12-month development program focused on improving retirees' financial sustainability while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with retirees to assess and improve their retirement income strategies
• Participate in industry-leading training and support to develop sales skills and business acumen
• Utilize a revolutionary sales process to work effectively with both consumers and professionals

Required qualifications

• Experience as a traditional mortgage loan originator is preferred
• Ability to work remotely in the Branson, MO area
• Commitment to completing the 12-month development program
• Strong interest in the reverse mortgage industry
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales processes and strategies
